In 2000 a number of concerned locals got together and formed a committee set up to renovate Rathangan Hall, which at the time was in a state of disrepair. This voluntary committee put an enormous amount of work into securing grant aid from various bodies to refurbish and rejuvenate the hall turning it into the valuable community asset that it is today. Rathangan Hall is situated adjacent to St. Anne's GAA pitch, 100 yards up from the local national school and church

Meeting Room
Just inside the main door we have a  meeting room which is available to hire for smaller group meetings, classes etc.  It also has central heating.

We have a room upstairs that is also available to hire.  To date it has mainly been used as a dressing room by the groups and clubs who have put on shows in the hall and the mother toddler group also use this room for their weekly meetings, in the future we hope to make greater use of theis room as it will be the base for the youth club.
